Help / how-to What you were trying to do and where you got stuck. For quick product and prompt-engineering questions, the in-app AI Help assistant (Pro, answered live on your own API key) is often faster
Billing or subscription The email on your account (manage/cancel anytime via Account → Manage subscription)
Privacy or data requests "Privacy" — access, export, or deletion of your data (see the Privacy Policy)
Security report "Security" — please don't post vulnerabilities publicly; email us and we'll respond within 3 business days
Bug in the free composer A GitHub issue is great (link below)

Open-source free composer

The free composer is MIT-licensed and developed in the open. Bugs, feature ideas, and pull requests are welcome on GitHub:

Response expectations

We aim to reply within a few business days. Billing and account-access issues get priority. The in-app AI Help assistant (Pro) answers product and prompt-engineering questions live on your own API key, but it isn't a support channel — for anything needing a human (billing, privacy, security, bugs), it's email and GitHub. There's no phone line.
